The breakfast service had a friendly host named David. The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. I enjoyed the beautifully furnished room. The room included soft towels.
The shower temperature was difficult to control IT was boiling hot. No wardrobe space was available. The TV totally refused to work.

i checked in early and the staff happily accommodated me. the breakfast was delicious and had many options. the location was very central i could easily walk to shops and attractions.
the room was quite small it was difficult to move around freely. the tv did not work i tried to fix it myself but failed. the shower temperature was hard to control it was either too hot or too cold.

The room was modern and very clean. I found everything one could need for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was also convenient being close to the bus station.
The shower temperature was hard to adjust, it was difficult to get comfortable temperature for the shower. The television also did not work despite trying to retune it. I found this to be an inconvenience.

I found the bed very comfortable. It featured excellent handmade shortbread on arrival. the breakfast was great with many options. i really appreciated the thoughtful consideration that went into the room design.
the tv didn't work and i found the brown toilet roll to be a little out of sync with the luxury of the rest of the room.

Dinner included an intermediary lobster course. It was divine. the wine list features european wines. breakfast offered a menu was great, though the scottish breakfast won out. the tonka bean ice cream was delicious!

the hotel is connected to the restaurant. the surrounding area offered a good experience and everything felt positive. i found the location to be perfectly situated though the parking was expensive!

The staff looked after me well. I especially want to thank david for being great, helpful, and attentive. the team explained the culinary journey from snacks to dessert. the attention to detail was genius. Jarred and the team took great care of me.

The breakfast included with our stay provided a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in the Beautiful King Room, it was a lovely, relaxing space, I can confirm. Everything was in good order too!
I found the room very small, and I expected more space for the price. There was a lack of any wardrobe space and not enough coat hangers were provided. The shower's temperature was impossible to control. It only produced scalding hot water.
